M.E.RIN S.r.l., a 100% Italian company, was founded in 1994 by Enzo Giambartolomei and a group of specialized technicians who had gained and developed their know-how in the Motorsport sector during the design and production of flexible fuel tanks for racing vehicles at Pirelli.

At M.E.RIN, we have been building safety fuel tanks with the same passion and attention for over 30 years, with a spirit of innovation and striving for ever higher quality standards.
Our team designs, drafts, and develops RACING and Formula Cars safety tanks at our sole operational facility in Capena, ensuring complete control over all production stages and tracking all activities related to material quality, the manufacturing process, and up to the point of shipment.
M.E.RIN has made numerous innovations, many of which are patented, continually pursuing higher quality standards.
M.E.RIN tanks have passed tests by the FIA (International Automobile Federation).

Main features of motorsport fuel tanks
- High Impact Resistance
- Anti-Explosion
- Anti-Slosh due to the presence of internal safety foam.
Additionally, two other useful services are offered for motorsport customers:
- Tank Recertification (valid for 2 years)
As per FIA regulations, M.E.RIN tanks must be inspected and recertified 5 years after the production date.
- Tank Duplication – "Custom" Service
After 7 years, the tank’s certification is no longer renewable. However, the customer can request an exact reproduction of the tank in use.
